Processing Times
Handcrafted Soap & Handmade Items

Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Some soaps require full curing times. If you purchase a “pre-order” bar, the product description will note the estimated ship date.
Print-on-Demand Items (POD)
Items such as apparel, mugs, accessories, and wall art are made-to-order by our print partners (Printify or Gelato).

POD items typically ship in 3–7 business days.

These items ship separately from handmade products.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Handcrafted 1345 Products (Handmade Items)

$7.95 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $49

Free Shipping for orders $49 and up
Print-on-Demand Items
Shipping rates for POD items are set by our printing partners and vary by product type and destination.
These items have their own shipping rates and may not qualify for the free shipping threshold.
Combined Orders (Mixed Cart)
If your cart contains a mix of:

handmade items (soap), and
-
POD items (apparel, mugs, etc.)
Your shipping may include:

Our flat rate/free rate plus
-
The POD shipping charged by the print provider
This is because each type of product ships from a different location.
Shipping Carriers
Most orders ship via:

Other carriers depending on the POD provider
Once an order is in the carrier’s hands, tracking will be provided (when available).
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times (U.S.):

Typically 3–7 business days after shipping -
POD Items:
Typically 5–12 business days after shipping (varies by provider)
These estimates may vary during high-volume seasons.
Order Changes & Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

delays due to address issues
-
replacement costs associated with incorrect addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Handcrafted 1345 is not responsible for:

packages marked delivered but not received
-
lost or stolen packages
-
misdelivery errors by USPS or UPS
-
delays caused by the carrier
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to begin a claim.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
