At Handcrafted 1345, we take pride in creating small-batch, thoughtfully crafted products — from our goat-milk soaps to our custom printed items. We want every order to feel special, and your happiness means everything to us.

Returns & Refunds

Because our items are handmade or made-to-order, we do not accept returns on products that arrive undamaged.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality defect, we will absolutely make it right.
You may choose:

A free replacement, or
A full refund,
And you can keep the damaged item — no return required.

To request a replacement or refund, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo of the problem

Handcrafted Soap Policy

All of our soaps are made by hand in small batches. Variations in:

color
texture
pattern
scent strength

are normal and part of the artisan process.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on soap bars unless they arrived damaged.

Sizing (for Apparel & POD Items)

Size charts are provided with each product listing. Please review them carefully before ordering.

Garment sizing may vary by 1–2 inches.
For the best fit, compare the measurements to a favorite item you already own.

Because apparel is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or fit issues.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is transferred to USPS or another carrier, ownership passes to the customer.

Handcrafted 1345 is not responsible for:

Packages marked “delivered” but not received
Carrier delays
Misdelivery by the carrier
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
